Our customers learn quickly that we are trustworthy and reliable. Our crew is small, clean and efficient. We enjoy self-performing many parts of every job. Depending on the size of the job, we self-perform; the drawing phase, excavation, rough carpentry, drywall, painting, drop ceilings, siding, roofing, finish carpentry, concrete work, landscaping, and more.
What is quality?
First, quality is not always aesthetics. Real quality lies behind the drywall, in the basement walls and underneath the floors. These things cannot be easily seen in homes. After a few years when the house begins to show wear and tear some of these problems will start showing. We encourage people to look at our older homes. Even years down the road they have withstood the test of time. We hope you do not get caught up looking at aesthetics because products and the little amount of finish work that everyone sees is only a small portion of the whole process of building a home. We encourage people to ask current homeowners what they think about their home, it is a great way to learn about the builder.
What builder is best for you?
When selecting a builder, there are many things to be considered. For example, energy efficiency, maintenance costs, initial costs, future costs, product quality, etc. To help educate people more about home construction we are working on some informational sites to recommend. For now, try searching "quality builder" or "choosing a builder" on Google or any search engine.
